Ingredients

1 1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup worchestershire sauce

2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1 1/2 tsp fresh parsely (or 1/2 tsp dried)

2 cloves chopped garlic

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

optional:

3 dashes tobasco or 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes for heat

Preparation

Wisk all ingredients together. Add meat to a large freezer bag and pour marinade in. Seal and put in fridge. Keep in fridge 1 to 5 hours before grilling. Remove from liquid and grill.
