Ingredients

1/2 cup freshly grated horseradish 

1 teaspoon white wine vinegar 

3/4 cup ketchup 

Juice of 1/2 lemon 

1/4 teaspoon coarse salt 

1/4 teaspoon sugar (optional) 

1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (optional) 

Preparation

Stir horseradish and vinegar. Then stir into ketchup to combine. Add lemon juice, salt, sugar, and hot sauce, if desired. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve, or overnight.
