Ingredients

1 package frozen bread dough (5 loaves

1 1/4 pound of wide sliced pepperoni

1 1/2 pound provolone cheese

~ 1 tablespoon oregano

~1 1/4 cups parmesan cheese

~5 eggs

Preparation

  1. Roll dough out in 12" x 14" rectangle
  2. Spread mixture of 1 egg, parmesan, salt, pepper, and oregano on dough
  3. Put pepperoni on dough and provolone cheese on top
  4. Roll the dough up like a sleeping roll tight as possible.
  5. Spread the egg mixture on top of roll
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
