Ingredients
2 Cups Baking mix (like Bisquick or Trader Joes')
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Pepperoni, chopped (2 oz)
1/4 Cup Butter, melted
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 Jar Marinara for dipping
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425. Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix baking mix, water, pepperoni until dough forms a slightly sticky ball. Knead about 4-6 times.
- Roll out (use extra baking mix, not flour for rolling here)to about 10-inch square.
- Cut into strips about 4 inches long and 3/4-inch wide.
- Twist ends of each strip in opposite directions. Place on baking sheet pressing ends down as you go.
- Brush generously with butter and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Serve with marinara sauce that is either warm or room temp.
