Ingredients
1 pound peppermint candy
2 cups milk, very warm
3 cups half and half
a pinch of salt
Preparation
Dissolve the candy in the very warm milk. Cool. Then add the pinch of salt and half and half. Freeze in a 1/2 gallon ice cream freezer.
