Ingredients
1 lb. white chocolate
10 candy canes
1 tsp. peppermint extract
Crisco or Pam for greasing
Preparation
Lightly grease one cookie sheet with Pam or Crisco. *Cooking oil makes the bark greasy. DO NOT substitute with cooking oil. Melt the chocoolate in the microwave until liquid. Mix in the peppermint extract. Crush the candy canes in a plastic bag with a spoon. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the baking sheet, then sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top. Let cool then cut up into as many bits as desired.
