Ingredients

6 lb first cut beef rib roast

1 stick buter - melted

3 garlic cloves - pressed

2 tbsp. peppercorn melange - ground

1 tbsp. Italian seasoning

2 tsp. seasoned salt

1 tsp. ground mustard

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Place meat on rack in shallow roasting pan. Combine all ingredients and rub over meat.

Roast uncovered. 135 degrees for medium rare- approx. 2 hours

150 degrees for medium.

Cover over with foil and let stand 15 minutes before carving.
