Ingredients
1 pound beef chuck or round steak
¼ cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ cup oil
1 cup green onions
1 cup bellpepper
2 stalks celery
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup chicken broth
Preparation
Cut meat thin add soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Brown meat. Add vegetables. Cook until tender. Add cornstarch and water, cook until thickens.
