Ingredients
1 pound round or flank steak cut in thin strips
1 minced onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 green peppers cut in strips (mixed peppers make the dish colorful)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup water
Preparation
In a heavy skillet heat oil. add meat, salt, pepper, onionand garlic. cook over moderatley high heat. stirring constantly untill meat is browned. Add bouillon and green peppers cover and cook over a low heat 10 - 15 minutes Blend together cornstarch, soy sauce and water. Add to pot and cook 3 or 4 minutes longer stirring constantly untill mixture hot and sauce is thickened
