Ingredients
if you making 12 you need 1 egg white
a tray with grease proff paper on
icing sugar about 3 cups
a few drops of peppermint escence
you can add colour to them if you wish
Preparation
first of all whip your egg white till fuffy & white then slowly fold(not whip) in the icing sugar & flavor (& the colouring if adding ) mix in well till you can form peeks in it then spoon on to the tray with a teaspoon leave to set in the fridge for about an hour take out & enjoy
