Ingredients

2, 8 to 10 oz pieces of mahi mahi steaks

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg

1 tsp fine sea salt

4 tsp roasted minced garlic

4 tsp grated parmigiano reggiano

2 tbs freshly finely ground black pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven or grill to 450 degrees

  1. Brush top and sides of shark steak with olive oil
  2. Stir together the other 5 ingredients
  3. Completely coat sides and top with combined ingredients. make sure entire piece is coated
  4. Place on oiled grill, grill pan or pan
  5. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. turn off oven. Check for rare, med or well done. Leave in oven to continue cooking if necessary.
