Ingredients
2, 8 to 10 oz pieces of mahi mahi steaks
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1 tsp fine sea salt
4 tsp roasted minced garlic
4 tsp grated parmigiano reggiano
2 tbs freshly finely ground black pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven or grill to 450 degrees
- Brush top and sides of shark steak with olive oil
- Stir together the other 5 ingredients
- Completely coat sides and top with combined ingredients. make sure entire piece is coated
- Place on oiled grill, grill pan or pan
- Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. turn off oven. Check for rare, med or well done. Leave in oven to continue cooking if necessary.
