Ingredients

1/2 lb penne

4 large tomatoes

4 fresh/buffalo mozzarella balls

1 small bunch fresh basil

1 clove garlic (or more, to taste)

4 tbsp. olive oil

salt to taste.

Preparation

Chop tomatoes and basil, slice mozzarella, and chop garlic (fine). mix together in serving bowl with olive oil. Boil pasta until al dente, drain and pour over other ingredients. Mix and serve. Adjust olive oil and salt to taste.
