Ingredients

1lb sweet Italian sausage 1/2 cup mainated roasted red peppers 1/4 toasted pine nuts 3/4 cup oil-packed sundried tomatoes chopped 1/2 cup fresh basil jullianed

1/2 cup(or more) freshly gated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese 1lb Bertolli penne salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Grill the sausage and slice into 1/4 inch pieces. Set aside. Cook the penne until al dente, drain and add reserved sausage,roasted peppers, toasted pine nuts,sundried tomaoes and fresh basil.Season with salt and pepper. Toss with Parmigiano cheese. Bon Appetit
