Ingredients
1 LB Italian Sweet Sausage
1 LB Penne Rigate
3 cups broccoli rabe, steamed & chopped
1/4 cup ricotta salate cheese, small dice
5 garlic cloves thinly sliced
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Take sausage out of casings and break up. Saute until brown. Cook pasta. Saute garlic in oil till golden, add broccoli rabe and saute for 10 minutes. You can add 1/4 cup of water at this time. When broccoli has cooked, add sausage and cheese and salt and pepper. Toss with pasta
