Ingredients

oz. (2 cups) uncooked penne (tube-shaped pasta)

(14-oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

1

(6-oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped

1

oz. (1/4 cup) crumbled feta cheese

2

tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Preparation

Cook penne to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm.

Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine spaghetti sauce and artichoke hearts. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

To serve, spoon sauce over penne; sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
