Ingredients
1lb Penne
2 cloves garlic choped fine
2 tbl olive oil
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 tbl choped parsley
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup romano chesse
6-8 sun dried tomatoes choped
Preparation
put oil in a large fri pan add garlic cook 1 min then add tomato sauce, cream,white pepper,red pepper and sun dried tomatoes. Let cook about 5 min or until sauce begins to thicken.
Cook the penne in a pasta pot until firm (not mushy)when done add pasta to the sauce in fri pan.Mix and add Romano chesse mix again.Let cook 1 more min add parsley and serve.
