Ingredients
8 oz penne
1 Onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
2 (14.5 oz) cans Diced Tomatoes
10 oz Italian sausage
1 T olive oil
16 oz Baby Spinach
2 T Basil chopped
Preparation
Cook pasta. Saute onions and sausage in olive oil over med-hi. Add garlic and tomatoes to sausage and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Add spinach & pasta before serving.
