Ingredients
1 pound Penne pasta
1/4 pound smoked ham, thinly sliced and chopped
2 green onions, chopped
6 peperoncini peppers, chopped
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
Into a large pot of boiling salt water, add the Penne and cook until al-dente (about 15 minutes).
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Strain the Penne and place into a large baking dish.
Add all the remaining ingredients and stir together.
Place in oven and bake 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, spoon onto plates and serve.
