Ingredients
2 onions (chopped fine)
2 stalks of celery from center(cut fine)
6 cloves garlic minced
one fourth cujp of Bertolli olive oil
1 cup vodka
1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
one and a half tsp. dried basil
one fourth teaspoon dried oregano
Preparation
cook over medium heat the oil,onion,garlic and celery until tender add prociutto and vodka,simmer until almost all liquid is cooked off, add tomatoes, herbs and pepper simmer for ten minutes add half and half and heat for three minutes serve over cooked pasta.
