Ingredients
1 pound fresh Ahi Tuna
3/4-1 pound whole wheat penne pasta
2 T. Olive Oil
1 red or yellow bell pepper sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 c. fresh basil, chopped
1/4 c. kalamata olives, sliced
2 T. capers
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)
S & P to taste
Preparation
Cook penne until al dente. While penne is cooking, saute garlic in olived oil over medium heat one minute. Add red pepper, saute until barely soft. Add remaining ingredients. Stir into cooked penne. Season with S & P to taste.
