Ingredients

1 lb. Penne pasta cooked al dente in salted water

3-4 cups Marinara sauce

1/4-1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

1/4-1/2 cup Pecorino Cheese

1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese (cubed about 1/2")

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all incredients in a large bowl. Please in 9 x 13 cassarole dish (lightly greased). For topping, cover with thin slices of Mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Place in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
