Ingredients

1 pound penne pasta

1/3 cup olive oil

1/3 cup flour

1.5 cups milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dry mustard

ground black pepper to taste

1/2 cup of diced bell peppers

1 pound imitation crab/lobster

1/2 pound peeled & cooked shrimp

1/2 pound scallops

1/2 cup+ Parmasan cheese

Preparation

Cook penne accoriding to package directions and drain well. Place in large mixing bowl and set aside.

In a cold saute pan mix olive oil and flour until thouroughly combined. Cook over medium heat until very thick and bubbly. Add milk and stir constantly until the mixture becomes a smooth thickened white sauce. Add garlic, dry mustard, black pepper and bell peppers. Stir well. Add the seafood, stir well and let cook over low heat for apx. 5 minutes. Don’t let the seafood toughen-just heated through. Add sauce and seafood mixture and parmasan cheese to the penne. Mix well. Serve and enjoy
