Ingredients

2 tsp. Olive oil

3 sprigs Fresh thyme

1/4 c. Cubed Prosciutto

3/4 c. Store-bought (or homemade!) Alfredo sauce

1/4 c. Fresh or frozen peas

1/4 c. crab meat

1/2 lb. penne pasta

Preparation

  1. Boil water for pasta. Cook penne
  2. Start to brown prosciutto in olive oil and thyme leaves on medium heat
  3. Add alfredo sauce to thyme and prosciutto and turn heat to low
  4. Add crab meat and peas. (If peas a frozen, microwave or run under hot water until semi-soft)
  5. Drain pasta and return to pot. Add sauce, stir, and serve!
