Ingredients
2 tsp. Olive oil
3 sprigs Fresh thyme
1/4 c. Cubed Prosciutto
3/4 c. Store-bought (or homemade!) Alfredo sauce
1/4 c. Fresh or frozen peas
1/4 c. crab meat
1/2 lb. penne pasta
Preparation
- Boil water for pasta. Cook penne
- Start to brown prosciutto in olive oil and thyme leaves on medium heat
- Add alfredo sauce to thyme and prosciutto and turn heat to low
- Add crab meat and peas. (If peas a frozen, microwave or run under hot water until semi-soft)
- Drain pasta and return to pot. Add sauce, stir, and serve!
