Ingredients

2 red chili’s or a 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 1/2 cups Vodka

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons butter

2 minced onions

2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes

10-12 fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dry basil

pinch of sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons of salt

2 crushed garlic cloves

Penne macaroni

Fresh Parsley

Parmesan

Preparation

Saute onion in olive oil/butter till translucent Assemble sauce

2 28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes 2 crushed garlic cloves Put Vodka, garlic and onions into tomato sauce (also all of the olive oil/butter remains from pan) Pinch of sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt

Cook on medium heat (Vodka will evaporate) for 45-55 minutes

Add 1 cup heavy cream, stir and heat thoroughly

Pour over cooked macaroni

Add 2 teaspoons fresh parsley (basically for eye appeal)

Parmesan to taste after all combined
