Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs fresh or canned ripe tomatoes
1 med green pepper
1 med cucumber, peeled
1 small onion
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tbls Worcestershire (optional)
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 cup tomato juice or small can of v8
Preparation
peel and seed tomatoes.drop in boiling water for 30 seconds to get the skin off. Coarsely chop everything, then blend it all in the food processor or blender until there are no chunks. Refrigerate at least one hour.
