Ingredients
4 pounds potatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
4 eggs, hard cooked
chopped fresh dill
Preparation
Cook the potatoes in boiling water with jackets on. Drain, peel and cut potatoes into large dice. Peel and dice eggs. In a large mixing bowl gently combine all ingredients. Add salt, pepper and dill to taste.
