Ingredients

1 pound of pork ribs or chops cut into pieces

Marinade

1 tsp sherry

1 tsp minced ginger

1 bsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp of baking soda

1 tbsp of cornstarch

1 tbsp flour

1 tbsp ice water

Peking Sauce:

3 tbsp worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp ketcup

3 tbsp sugar

4 tbsp water

1 tsp cornstarch (premix with a little water til smooth)

Preparation

Marinate pork for 3-4 hours Deep fry pork and set aside. Cook Peking sauce until it thickens and mix with Porkchops. Serve with rice.
