Ingredients
1 pound of pro ribs or chops cut into pieces
Marinade:
1tsp sherry
1tsp minced ginger
1tbsp soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
Peking Sauce:
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp water 1 tsp cornstarch (premix with a little water til smooth)
1 tbsp of cornstarch
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp ice water
Preparation
Peking Pork Chop
Marinate pork for 3-4 hours in marinade then coat with cornstarch, flour and ice water. Deep fry pork and set aside.
Cook sauce til thickens and mix with Porkchops. Serve with rice.
