Ingredients
12 eggs, separated
2 c. sugar
375 ml Brandy
.75 liter Dark Rum
1 liter Bourbon
1 qt. whole milk
1 qt. heavy cream
crushed ice
Preparation
Beat egg yolks + sugar until thick and light in color.
Pour mixture over crushed ice.
Add milk + heavy cream … beat to blend.
Add liquors slowly.
Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into liquor/egg mixture
Chill bowl and eggnog before serving.
