Ingredients

12 eggs, separated

2 c. sugar

375 ml Brandy

.75 liter Dark Rum

1 liter Bourbon

1 qt. whole milk

1 qt. heavy cream

crushed ice

Preparation

  1. Beat egg yolks + sugar until thick and light in color.

  2. Pour mixture over crushed ice.

  3. Add milk + heavy cream … beat to blend.

  4. Add liquors slowly.

  5. Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into liquor/egg mixture

  6. Chill bowl and eggnog before serving.
