Ingredients
2 cups cool whip
3/4 cup macaroons, crushed
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons confectioners sugar
4 Tablespoons run
Marichino cherries
Preparation
In large bowl put one halof cool whip and add macaroons and pecans (reserve 2-3 tsp. for garnish). To other half of cool whip add confectioners sugar and rum. Fold the two mixtures together. Spoon into freezer proof dessert cups. Sprinkle with remaining pecans and top with cherries. Freeze until ready to serve. Serves 6
