Ingredients

1 15oz refrigerated pie crust

1/2 stick butter melted

1 C packed brown sugar

2 T flour

2 eggs lightly beaten

1 t vanilla

1 C finely chopped pecans

1 10oz almond brickle chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Unroll crusts and cut into circles of 1 3/4 inches. Place crusts into muffin pan. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, flour and eggs in large bowl. Add vanilla. Add pecans and brickle. Spoon filling into shells and bake 25 minutes until filling is set and lightly browned.
