Ingredients

1 stick margarine

3 ounces cream cheese

1 cup flour

Cream the cheese and margarine together

Mix in flour

Divide into 24 balls

Press each ball into greased “gem” pans forming a cup

Place a few chopped pecans in each

Add the following filling to the cups:

2 eggs

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons margarine

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

Preparation

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool and remove from pans.
