Ingredients
1 C butter
1/3 C sugar
2 tsp water
1 TBSP vanilla
2 C sifted flour
1 C chopped pecans
1 C powdered sugar
1/2 C mini choc chips (optional)
Preparation
Preheat 325. Cream butter and sugar. Add water and vanilla and mix well. Blend in flou and nuts and choc chips. Chill dough for at least 1 hour. Shape the dough into small balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for ~20 minutes. Remove from the pan and cool slightly. Roll in powdered sugar. Prep time: 10 minutes + 1hour for chilling. Bakin time 20 minutes
