Ingredients
3 eggs
1/4 c. soft butter
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 to 2 cups pecan halves
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
2 T. flour
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375. Mix flour and sugar. Beat eggs slightly, then add eggs and the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes then at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is set when gently shaken.
