Ingredients
11/2 cups sugar
2/3 tsp salt
11/3 cup dark Karo
11/2 stick butter
2 tsp vanilla
22/3 cup chopped pecans
4 eggs beatn til frothy
Preparation
Combine sugar, salt and Karo and simmer until sugar dissolves. Stir in butter, vanilla and pecans. Combine with eggs. Pour into 2 (8 or 9 inch) pie pans Place on cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes.
