Ingredients

1 cup firmly packed Brown Sugar

1 cup chopped Pecans

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/2 cup melted butter

2 Large Eggs

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Butter for coating pan

1/2 cup Finely Chopped Pecans

Preparation

Preheat Oven to 425º Combine first five ingredients; make well in center Stir Butter and next 2 ingredients Add to Brown Sugar Mix and stir until moist Coat Muffin Pan with butter Place one teaspoon of finely chopped Pecans in bottom of each cup Fill cups with mixture Place Muffin Pan on top of Cookie Sheet

Bake at 425º 10-12 Minutes until tooth pick inserted comes out clean Cool on rack for 2 minutes
