Ingredients

Pecan Pie filling

3 eggs

2/3 cups sugar

dash of salt

1 cup corn syrup light

1/3 cup margarine melted

1 cup pecan halves

Pie Crust

3 cups flour

1 crisco

1 egg

cold water

2 tablespoon white vinegar

Preparation

Beat 3 eggs and add sugar, salt, corn syrup, melted margarine (hand mixing). Pour over prepared pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours if doubled recipe.
