Ingredients
Crust
3 c. Flour
1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Filling
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. Light Corn Syrup
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/2 c. Chopped Pecans
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease bottom and sides of a 15"x10"x1" baking pan. Prepare crust by mixing all crust ingredients together. Press into pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare filling by stirring eggs, corn syrup, sugar, margarine and vanilla until blended. Stir in pecans. Spread evenly over hot crust. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until set. Cool completely, then cut into bars.
