Ingredients

1/2 cup toasted, chopped pecans

1/3 cup grated Parmesan

1/4 cup chopped parsley

3 Tb lemon juice, divided

1 Tb olive oil

4 tilapia fillets

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Combine pecans, cheese, parsley, 2 Tb lemon juice, and oil. Place fish in baking dish and spread with pecan mixture. Drizzle with remaining lemon juice. Bake 10-12 min or until fish flakes with fork.
