Ingredients

4 White Fish Filets

1/4 tsp Salt

1/8 tsp Pepper

2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp. Butter

1-1/2 tbsp. Honey

1/4c. Soft Bread Crumbs

1/4 c. Finely Chopped Pecans

1 tbsp. Parsely

Garnish: Lemon Slices

Preparation

Sprinkle fish filets with salt & pepper; place skin side down, in a lightly greased 11x7x1-1/2" baking pan. Combine mustard, butter and honey. Brush over filets. Combine breadcrumbs, pecans and parsely; spoon evenly across the top of the filets. Bake, uncovered @ 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until fish filets or until fish flakes easily. Garnish with lemon slices.
