Ingredients

1 Cup Sugar

2 Tbsp. flour

2 Egg yolks

1 Cup milk

1 Tbsp. butter

1/2 Tsp. vanilla extract

1/8 Tsp salt

1 Cup chopped pecans

1 Frozen pie shell

Preparation

Bake pie shell as directed on pkg; set aside.

Combine all ingredients; cook over medium stirring constantly till mixture is thick. Pour mixture into pie shell. Prepare egg yolks into a meringue, top pie and brown in 400 degree oven. Remove from oven and cool. Enjoy!
