Ingredients
3/4 c finely chopped pecans
1/4 c kahlua or other coffee liquor
3 tbs brown sugar
1 14 oz mini brie
Preparation
Spread pecans on 9" pie plate Nuke on high 4-6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until toasted
Add kahlua and sugar - stir well
Remove rind from brie and discard. Place brie on microwave safe plate . Spoon pecan mixture on top of brie.
Nuke uncovered on high 1 1/2 - 2 minutes or until brie softens to desired consistency, giving half turn after one minute.
Serve with melba toast or crackers.
