Ingredients
1 cup Pecans, ground very fine
2 tbls. Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup All Purpose Flour
Pinch of Salt
Icing Sugar
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together, except for Icing Sugar. Work mixture with hands until it holds its shape together nicely. Pinch off pieces the size of a small walnut. Roll into a ball and flatten top. Put whole pecan on top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
Roll in Icing Sugar while still warm.
