Ingredients
2 Tbs olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped (1 3/4 cups)
2 (10-oz. pkg. frozen baby peas
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
2 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch strips
Preparation
- Heat large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add oil; heat until hot. Cook onins 10 minutes or golden brown and tender, stirring frequently.
- increase heat to medium-high; stir in peas, water and salt. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until peas are tender, stirring frequently.
- Meanwhile, cok prosciutto in small nonstick skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently, Stir into peas.
