Ingredients

One bottle of red wine

Two medium oranges

One ripe pear

1/4 Cup of Pear Nectar

1 tsp of lime juice

1/4 cup of brandy

Preparation

Add the juice of one orange to the wine. Slice the other orange and place in the wine. Core the pear and cut the fruit into slices and add to the wine. Mix in the pear nectar, lime juice, and brandy. Stir.

Chill in fridge.

To serve, pour over ice.
