Ingredients
3 oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
4 oz Absolut pear vodka
1/2 lime, juiced
1 T. water
sparkling pear juice
asian pear, for garnish
Preparation
Combine Domaine de Canton, Absolut pear, lime juice and water. Freeze overnight.
Pour into 4 champagne flutes; top with sparkling pear juice. Garnish with slice of Asian pear
