Ingredients

One head of leaf or romaine lettuce

3 Anjou pears, fully ripened

½ pint of fresh blueberries

1 4-ounce container of feta cheese

Commercially prepared raspberry vinaigrette dressing (I recommend Amy’s brand)

Preparation

Wash and spin dry lettuce. Tear leaves into bite-size pieces and divide among four plates Core and slice pears, distribute over lettuce Sprinkle a handful of blueberries over lettuce Sprinkle feta cheese over the mixture Top with raspberry vinaigrette dressing, to taste.
