Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon flour
2 medium pears
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon peppercorns, crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation
- In a small saucepan blend orange juice and flour, and bring to a boil. Simmer until reduced to 3/4 cup.
- Add pears, mustard, peppercorns, and nutmeg and continue cooking for several minutes until blended and thickened.
