Ingredients

Fresh Pear, sliced.

Bread.

Olive Oil.

Garlic Salt.

Cheese Blend (Asiago, Parmesan, Mozzarella, Provolone, Romano).

Blue Cheese Crumbles.

If you want to make it even more healthy and more flavorful, add mixed greens and a tiny bit of raspberry vinaigrette.

Preparation

Toast bread in oven on 300 degrees. Brush olive oil onto bread and sprinkle lightly with garlic salt. Top with cheese blend and pop back in oven for five minutes. Then top with pear slices. Bake for ten minutes. Top with blue cheese crumbles and enjoy! (Add mixed greens and raspberry vinaigrette before blue cheese crumbles).
