Ingredients
3 cups peanut butter (any style)
1 cups Splenda
3 eggs, beaten
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Drop approx. one teaspoon of mixture on cookie sheet. Use the back of a fork to press down on the dough to make the traditional shape. You may add one dark chocolate hershey kiss pressed into the center. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until bottoms of cookies are golden brown. Let cool completly.
